nigthly status & update Notifications not popping up in browser after ugrade to Version: 6.6.4 pro

I've upgraded to Version: 6.6.4 pro

and nightly status & update Notifications are not popping up in browser

past 3 nights -- since the upgrade

 

I've checked the "Notification Settings" and they remain unaltered

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
