noVNC not connecting after update to 6.11.0

After updating to 6.11 Krusader noVNC would not connect.  Also tried Double Commander and it would not connect.  Fired up a VM and could not connect through noVNC microsoft remote desktop connected.

 

Reverted back to 6.10.3 and all worked correctly.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
