So, I have been remodeling my garage recently (involving throwing breakers quite a bit) which has caused me to notice this problem frequently: Steps to Reproduce: 1) Set up an UPS. 2) Plug Unraid server into UPS. 3) Set Unraid to shutdown on n% UPS power. 4) Shut off power. 5) Wait until UPS batter depletes until at least n% power remaining. 6) Turn power back on. 7) Turn Unraid server on. 8) Attempt to login using webUI. User cannot login to webUI. The browser times out trying to connect. Acc

The server stops responding, you can't connect to it, SSH doesn't work either, through KVM I see spam like in the attached image, you can kind of log in but literally no command works, you can't restart/shut it down, you have to do a hard reset with the button. Containers in the background are running because you can access them via IP:port, but for example the network interface isn't working properly because Cloudflare Tunnel and Nginx reverse proxy are down, here's the whole thread about this

When you attempt to instance an image using the search dockerhub option, it offers to perform a test deploy to infer the variables and ports etc. The popup formatting is a bit off, not a biggy but just looks very cumbersome. It's also not intelligent, a bit brute force on the keys it proposes, such as YARn versions etc. which aren't needed.

Since upgrading from v6.12.14 to v7.0.0, my VMs can no longer obtain IPv6 addresses. Neither via DHCPv6 nor Router Advertisement. Previously this had worked without any problems. Hi, after upgrading to Unraid 7.2, I cannot see the server name, notification button and settings menu in the header anymore. It looks like this in Firefox 144.0.2 (64-bit): I played around with the Firefox debug console and changing "text-header-text-primary" to "text-header-text-secondary" renders the server name. Hope this helps for troubleshooting the issue.

After the update from 7.2.0 to 7.2.1 I am no longer able to PCI Passthrough my USB-Ethernet Adapter to the Windows 11 VM. If I do, the whole server becomes unresponsive, Shares are no longer available, also WebGUI and SSH works no longer. But the VM is running. I have to shutdown the VM and shutdown the Server with the Hardware Button. The workaround now is to use eth1 with virtio again, but I would like to passthrough the whole USB-Adapter... Everything was working fine on 7.2.0

After updating to 7.2.0, every click to another section of the WebUI (Dashboard, Main, Settings, Tools, etc.) refreshes the entire page and makes the Navigation Bar section across the top of the screen flash and reload. Unraid 7.2.0 bug.mp4

I had Unraid 7.1.4 successfully running on a Terramaster F6-424 Max (64 GB Terramaster RAM) with no problems. I have docker container for Jellyfin and Nextcloud AIO and a Tailscale plugin installed. I initiated an update to 7.2.1 from the GUI but the NAS never successfully rebooted. I plugged a monitor and keyboard into the NAS and on startup it reported that is was waiting for the Unraid boot drive to boot and then timed out. I shutdiwn the NAS and restarted it but the same error happened. I t

When updating a container, the various volume layer tasks are now interleaved with new lines, you can't scroll up to watch progress when there are many layers (and excess lines) as the dialouge window forces a scroll back to the bottom. Also, a cancel option would be great, especially on update all. today my internet had issues so it was super slow and the whole instance blocked while updating (for hours), maybe docker updates shouldn't block the UI on other tabs? Thanks!!

Hello, As the title indicates, IPv6 networking appears to be broken in the latest release. I’m running Home Assistant as a VM bridged directly to the network interface, allowing it to establish a link-local IPv6 address. After updating to version 7.2.0, Google Home was no longer able to access the Matter devices exposed through Home Assistant. Today I noticed some of my shares were not set to "export" as NFS, and a few SMB were randomly secure/private. First tired updating NFS settings for all shares, "Write settings to" ALL > click WRITE button... nothing happened, but I didnt know. I tired the "Write Settings To" ALL for SMB first. But this time there was a "working" animation go about 30 times for my 30 shares. Opened a second window open to shares, and hitting refresh, i could see the share options change one by one. Cool.

Hey guys, This is a new one for me but I am having a lot of issues with my unraid install going "dark" - Unable to access any services or the GUI. The box is pingable however. Also unable to SSH in. Hello, sadly I had to downgrade because the UI become really slow at loading pages, some containers went missing from Docker page, and trying to add them back again from templates would take an enormous amount of time before failing. My Windows 11 VM worked before the upgrade to 7.2.0, and I'm hoping that downgrading will fix it. The CPU and GPU are passthrough to the VM, and shortly after starting the VM (which never boots as far as I can tell), the Unraid GUI (accessed through the web browser in another machine) becomes unresponsive and will not load. Plugins that poll the backend show 504 errors in the logs. I have tried decreasing the number of pinned CPUs for the VM (always leaving the first pair unpinned) and decreasin

EDIT: Well turns out, it's not just Docker containers. After upgrading to 7.1.3 none of my Docker containers could access the internet anymore. I then downgraded to 7.1.2 and everything worked again. Interestingly enough I upgraded to 7.1.3 AGAIN yesterday to collect diagnostics - and at first everything worked but when I checked again now: Docker containers can't access the internet anymore.
