SAS disks not spinning down along side SATA disks

I have 30 disks connected to my system via a SAS3 LSI 9305-16e HBA card out to two SuperMicro JBOD's running SAS3 controllers.

All my disks these days are SATA except for four 18TB SAS disks. In the past I always had issues with the SAS disks spinning down and relied heavily on the old SAS Spindown plugin. This is the first instance where I have had the disks refuse to spindown, even when manually initiated through the GUI within Unraid.

I am currently running the most recent update of 7.2.3 and have deleted the old plugin as it hasnt been maintained since 2024 and according to the discord mods, SAS disks in modern disk shelves/systems should be mostly fine with the spindown setup within Unraid.

I have confirmed there is also nothing 'keeping' the disks running.
