Server stuck on "Array Stopped, Starting Services..." after OS Upgrade

As the title states, attemped an OS upgrade from 6.8.x to 7.1.4 and now the array will not start, neither automatically or manually from the GUI dashboard. When deciding to attempt a downgrade, it prompted to highly recommend submitting a but report before doing so.
