Slow UI and Docker containers missing / unexpected behavior

Hello, sadly I had to downgrade because the UI become really slow at loading pages, some containers went missing from Docker page, and trying to add them back again from templates would take an enormous amount of time before failing. I attached diagnostics, hope it could be useful, I downgraded because at the moment I have low to no time to troubleshoot it, sorry!
