Start Array greyed out after Stopping

Since upgrading, if I stop the array to change settings or anything, I am unable to Start the array back up. Screenshot can be found here: https://imgur.com/NiqIRBL.

 

The red power button in top right corner would allow me to start the array if it were present, but I need to submit another bug report where it disappears randomly.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
