System locks up while transferring large files on 6.10.3

Just updated to 6.10.3, after returning to 6.9.2 from 6.10.1. I'm still having the same issues with 6.10.3 as with 6.10.0 & 6.10.1, which is my server locks up while transferring large files over my network to my Unraid server. I also have the same issue when running a parity check, server locks up and must do a hard shutdown. I don't know how to create a diagnostic report but I will leave my hardware specs below. Please help!...and thanks.
