Trying to backup the USB stick before updating to 7.1.2, 7,1.0 reports it's run out of disk space.

Wanted to update, so stage 1 is backing up the flash drive...

Pressing [Flash Backup] after a few seconds it fails with:

Creation error

Insufficient free disk space available

There is 8GB of RAM, and it shows 14% used in normal operation.

The array disks have no less than 218GB of free space.

Machine is an HP Microserver.

Diagnistic file attached.
