Unable to open web gui after upgrading to 6.12.4

Unraid sets static ip br0. After the upgrade and restart, the web gui cannot be opened. After I changed the dhcp in the USB flash drive to yes, it still cannot be opened. After deleting network.cfg, the netowork.cfg will not be automatically generated after the restart.

Below is the diagnostic report and some configuration parameters. Do I need to provide anything else?
