Unavailable - disk must be spun up

Afternoon,

 

I have a strange issue where if I select a disk, on its properties page it shows "Unavailable - disk must be spun up", specifically:

The disk is already running so isn't spun down.

 

Clicking "Spin Up" does nothing but the logs show the attempt.

I've found a few reports of this going back pretty far so looks like its a pretty long standing bug. Anything I can do to help nail it down let me know!

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
