• [Unraid 6.11.2] - Update corruption

    Hello there aleadry a report for the new version *sadly*

     

    For some reason when I do try to update to the latest release, my boot key get Corrupted, or i'm totally enable to start the server at all.

    When I checked what inside my key (after the update) I have a lot of file call "FSCK0007.REC" that goes up to 360 after FSCK (they got added only after the update)

    Second time I tried to update, my key just got full corupted and I lost like 65% of his content. And I where totally not able to boot on it.

    When I tried to lookup on windows 10 what was the problem I directly got an error message saying my key was corrupted and needed to be "repair".


    If you do think this report is too early or other, feel free to notify me in dm's/pm's and delete the post, sadly I have none of logs usable :/

    Backup current flash drive, re-create the flash drive with the v6.11.2 release using the USB tool then restore the /config folder only from the backup.

    Retest = Please retest in latest release.

    Priority Definitions

     

    Minor = Something not working correctly.

     

    Urgent = Server crash, data loss, or other showstopper.

     

    Annoyance = Doesn't affect functionality but should be fixed.

     

    Other = Announcement or other non-issue.
