Unraid 6.12.13.. HDD error??

Hello good people:)

 

I´ve got a problem with this version of the software... :(

One of my harddrives keeps breaking, it disables itself.. And i cant find a reason why?? I´ve rebuild the array, 2 times.. But it keeps having the same error..

I´ve tried a smart test, and it says there is no errors..

I really hope one of you have a fix..

Or a way to downgrade..
