Unraid 7.1.4 mover not working since upgrade

I upgraded from 6.12.10 to 7.1.4 this weekend and the mover has completely stopped working. I read through a few similar forum posts but can't seem to figure out what the issue is. One thing I did do to troubleshoot was uninstall the previous Mover Tuner plugin but none of the other solutions I saw seem to apply such as capitalization and cache to array settings unless I am overlooking something. I am also having an issue with syncthing since upgrading suddenly reporting insufficient disc space and I suspect the two are related. Attaching diagnosis and system log
