Upgrade from 6.12.6 to 6.12.8 issues

Pool filesystem is corrupt:

This will them make the docker image also read-only.

 

With btrfs I recommend backing up the pool and re-formatting, docker image can also be recreated:

Would this be caused by the upgrade of OS or just happened out of the blue and was at the same time as the upgrade?  Any idea?

In my opinion there are two main possibilities:

 

1 - issue would have happened with or without the upgrade, upgrade was just a coincidence

2 - the new kernel detected some corruption that was going undetected before
