Both my active machines running latest stable give this error in Docker containers.
It's makes the GUI of that app completely unusable and it doesn't give me enough clues to know how to fix it.
Handbrake and krusader are what I know to be effected but I'd say their a likely lots more.
A NodeJS issue seems to be what Google is saying but I lack the knowledge to get much further.
EDIT. Also updating Unraid isn't possible with browsers effected by this. (see recent post) (This all seems browser specific as mentioned below)
It won't tell you to update or reboot required after update.
