Very slow and erractic HDD performance issue with 6.12.8

Hi,

 

I was on 6.9.2 and everything was fine...  I upgraded at 6.12.8.

Then I notice very slow speed reading file on PC, on PLEX TV, Oculus etc. random error in Plex.

My parity check took more than 11 days instead of about 25 hours...

Mover too was very slow

 

I did a diskspeed test and notice erractic and very slow speed.

I attached diskspeed test with 6.12.8 and 6.9.2 (after downgraded from 6.12.8)

Downgrade fixed the problem, is it more stable.

 

Attached the downloaded log on 6.12.8 before downgrading.
