VLANs Not Working

I have (2) containers (SAB / NZBGet) that I run through a specific VLAN.  After upgrading to 7.0, neither one of those containers will start.  Both containers do not have a network option for the VLAN.

I noticed there was no network route for the VLANs any longer.

I re-created the VLAN and the route was still not created.

I manually created a route and there still is no option for the VLAN in the container config.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
