WebUI stuck on /Settings/SyslogSettings

while I am going to /Settings/SyslogSettings, the WebUI lost responsive and stuck, open the webUI in a new tab/browser also stuck

 

workaround: 

start webUI in a private window homelab-diagnostics-20220717-1101.zipmaybe after couple minutes
