It is very important to understand the way parity works. When you swap / reconstruct a drive, unRAID is going to restore it as a bit for bit copy. It DOES not copy each file individually. If the disk was fragmented, the restored disk is fragmented. Every sector of the new disk will be identical to every sector on the old disk.   So if the old disk is formatted with RFS, when you rebuild it, the new disk will be formatted with RFS.
