  1. Summary: Support Thread for ich777 Gameserver Dockers (CounterStrike: Source & ConterStrike: GO, TeamFortress 2, ArmA III,... - complete list in the second post) Application: SteamCMD DockerHub: https://hub.docker.com/r/ich777/steamcmd All dockers are easy to set up and are highly customizable, all dockers are tested with the standard configuration (port forwarding,...) if the are reachable and show up in the server list form the "outside". The default password for the gameservers if enabled is: Docker It there is a admin password the default password is: adminDocker Please read the discription of each docker and the variables that you install (some dockers need special variables to run). The Steam Username and Password is only needed in templates where the two fields are marked as requirde with the red * Created a Steam Group: https://steamcommunity.com/groups/dockersforunraid If you like my work, please consider making a donation

  2. Ok good to know. I will volunteer to be a test dummy for any game that I own and can help with and I only will request servers for what I do own. Re: Alloc's server script https://7dtd.illy.bz/wiki/Installation I have used this on my linux vm from A15 to A16.4, but had an issue and lost my vm so now I"m just running them on windows save for your docker. I'm rooted in the 7d community and if you need any questions answered I can help.

  3. I just wanted to pop in this thread and thank you all for posting all your trial and error issues/solutions. I installed Sophos a few days ago after reading this thread, and after a little learning curve with setting up NAT and a few other settings I needed (from my pfsense install) I have a near perfectly running install (just have to setup Nat reflection, but not a big deal) Thanks!

  4. Not sure exactly what I did wrong, but deleted and set it back up and it did put the files in the correct place this time. Don't care much about parity- I have scheduled backups that take care of data security. Nothing runs 24/7, just have 4 gaming computers used on demand.

  5. Sorry but what do you mean 'put everything in the container'? Delete the container, then install it new and set the path's to where they should be (think /mnt/disk2/steamcmd - btw never write direct to a disk everytime to 'user' and then to a share, if you write direct to a disk the parity won't work!) <- read this. To check if everything is ok just turn on 'Advanced View' in the Docker page on the right upper corner.

  6. I bought it from Amazon (US) but shipped from a different seller in Korea. Shipping was about $31 so I had to pay higher than MSRP. However, I did get the non Engineering Sample so I'm happy with it. 😃

  7. I was having 429 Rate Limit Exceeded errors in my log. It was taking 20-30 seconds to access files. I found this thread on the RClone with other users having the same problem. The fix is to add the user-agent option to your mount script. I added this --user-agent "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.77 Safari/537.36" which is the Chrome user-agent. This has fixed the problem for me. There are reports that you can choose any user agent you want and it will work.

  8. Mods- Edit GameUserSettings.ini Under [ServerSettings] ActiveMods=517605531,519998112,496026322 Admins- you will need their steamid and then create a file: \ShooterGame\Saved\AllowedCheaterSteamIDs.txt and enter the ID of each of the admins you want to have admin rights.

  10. I’m running 6.7. Don’t see any obvious problems with the plugin.

  11. CA does not do docker compose. CA is basically just filling in the form of the Add Container page for you, and the Add/Edit Container page is just taking the inputs from that form to construct a docker run command.

  12. Hey jowi. The nest app on "normal" wifi would not be able to communicate with the thermostat on another subnet by default. You could add firewall rules to allow the 2 clients to talk across subnets if you wanted that. But by default, pfsense does not allow traffic between different subnets. For what its worth, I recently went down a path similar to the one you seem to be headed towards. I wanted different subnets for IoT stuff, and for guests when they visit, and maybe for game consoles and set-top boxes to bypass my VPN, etc. It started to get kinda crazy with all the different NIC ports and wifi access points required. Also, using different wifi access points for different subnets would probably be messy, with the APs conflicting with each other if on the same band/channel. But keeping the APs on different bands/channels seemed like a pain... The solution I found was to use VLANs for different subnets, and an ubiquiti unifi switch + ubiquiti unifi AP for wifi. Using VLANs means less physical ports required for the NIC that pfsense uses. On the wifi side, the unifi AP can handle different wifi SSIDs for each VLAN, all in a single AP. For the switch, any old VLAN capable switch could work, but once committed to the unifi AP it made sense to use the unifi switch. In addition, both the unifi switch and unifi AP can be managed from a unifi controller, and that can be run as a docker on unraid. Hope that helps.

  13. Le sigh..... Another OS update, another disappointment from lack of inclusion of a wanted feature in an already wonderful product....

  14. I installed the openvpn-as docker container which allows me to do exactly this. It would be nice if it was baked in but the docker solution is an easy alternative.

  15. Everything is now fixed and you can choose between a server with and without the caves, simply delete the whole docker and the folder in appdata and redownload (just wait for the APP to update in the Communtiy Applications if you see that the port is set to 10890 and a new variable 'Caves' is set to 'true' then you can download it).

  17. You can plug your USB flash device into a PC and then make a backup (just drag contents to a temp folder on your desktop). Next use the USB Creator Tool to re-install Unraid OS on your flash. You can put the last version you were running, or try 6.7 again. Then copy the contents of your 'config' folder backup to the USB flash 'config' folder. If you had any custom 'syslinux' settings, you could restore that too. Eject flash, reboot server and 'should work' 👍

  19. The online auto backup of your config sounds like a winner, be interesting to see what you plan to charge. i bought a pro license upgrade from basic to support you guys, I’m no where near the limit for the mid tier yet, but think the software is great and has been working fantastic for me for the past 3 months since I switched from a synology NAS to unraid purely because I was about to hit an expansion point on the synology. are there things that could be done easier in the GUI? Yes, I think there’s work for passing from pci devices that would greatly simplify things for users and I can’t for the life of me get VNC to work in the recommended mode. overall very happy customer.

  20. Limetech should do more of that kind of thing. There is so much information. It would be awesome if there was regular content discussed on there. I think that having community projects for dockers/vm's discussed, going over plugins, talking about best practices, hardware, and so on would be really cool. There are a lot of fun people in the community, so if you get a few of them together on a stream with some ice cold beer I'm sure it would be entertaining.

  21. Thanks for that. Just in case someone else has this issue and to expand upon what @dmacias said. I had to go into Nerdtools and set it to download and install the pip package. Once that was done everything worked again. Thank you!
