I have sent in requests 2 times now with no automated response. What should the next steps be?

Thank you. I requested a new key. Hopefully the turn around time isn't to long.

Due to a recent flash drive failure, I had to rebuild with a new flash drive. When I went to Unraid Connect, I attempt to download key so I can place it on the new flash drive, a new webpage opens and then nothing is downloaded. I also noticed even though I had multiple flash backups, it currently is showing none available and that flash backup is disabled even though it was. It is also showing a cached values from 5/06/2023 even though it had been available previously.

Kernel Panic
In the past few days, I have had a few kernel panics which cause my server to lock up and force a reboot. I have attached the diagnostics but I am not sure if it will have anything regarding the kernel panics since I have had to reboot. Nicktower-diagnostics-20230624-2127.zip

WebGui locksup
While utilizing Tdarr to encode to H265, I will randomly have points that I will get a Nginx 500 Error when trying to do anything in the gui. I have attached the diagnostics from right after the event. I did restart Nginx via /etc/rc.d/rc.php-fpm restart and then downloaded the diagnostics. tower-diagnostics-20211204-1718.zip
