  1. My apologies. I totally missed that in the faq. I added my unraid vpn subnet to the LAN_NETWORK in settings and all is good now. Thank you for pointing me. Also thank you for all your time. It is much appreciated.
  2. I just switched from using openvpn to wireguard. That is working fine. Problem is I can't access the sabnzbdvpn webgui remotely when I'm connected to my unraid vpn that also uses wireguard. I am able to access the sabnzbdvpn webgui from my local network. I assume it's a route issue but I'm not sure what. My unraid vpn peer is set to remote access to lan. Is there a subnet from the container I need to add to the allowed range in the unraid vpn settings?
  3. Thanks for this plugin. I just discovered it and you made setting up an openvpn server as easy as pivpn. I do have wireguard installed and setup but I need to run my vpn server on TCP. My ISP is doing something on UDP that causes my vpn connection to run extremely slow. I found running my vpn server on tcp got me 5 times the speed. So until either I figure out the problem with my isp or wireguard allows tcp, I'll use this plugin. This plugin also frees up my rpi for other things and keeps servers consolidated to unraid. Thanks again.
  4. Daughter is home today so I had her reboot my server. Aside from the forced parity check, everything came back up normal, including docker, all it's containers and the cache doesn't show any errors. Is there anything I should look at or maybe rebuild the cache anyway? Parity check will take about 14 hours. Should I just let things run their course and see if I get a file system corruption again?
  5. BTW, figured I would ask. How do I figure out what may have caused the file corruption on the cache drive? I would like to avoid it from happening again if possible.
  6. Well, the backup finished so I attempted to stop the array but it got stuck in a loop trying to unmount the disk shares. Gave it about 20 minutes then opened a terminal and ran "fuser -km /mnt/user" but that didn't help. I remembered I was sshed in to the cache so I ran "fuser -km /mnt/cache" but that didn't help. When to run it for disk1 but accidently hit enter after "fuser -km /mnt/" and my terminal connection dropped and the webgui is unavailable. Guess I'll have to wait till I get home tonight and do a hard reboot.
  7. Ok, thanks. I couldn't run krusader so I'm manually copying the cache drive to a local computer now. I also have an auto backup from yesterday as well. I'll wait for the backup to finish, hopefully before anything happens, and then follow the instructions you provided.
  8. Is it safe to backup what is currently there since the filesystem is corrupt?
  9. This morning I have 2 errors from Fix Common Problems and I'm not sure what I need to do. Thought I would ask before I jump and assume. Error 1: Unable to write to cache - Drive mounted read-only or completely full. Begin Investigation Here: Unraid Main Error 2: Unable to write to Docker ImageDocker - Image either full or corrupted. I'm still only a month green at this. I've attached my log file as well. Thanks. unnas-diagnostics-20200316-0740.zip
  10. I got it. Was looking on github issues and noticed that my config.json still had the old token. I'm in now.
  11. I setup bitwarden yesterday and it's working fine. Today I'm trying to get back in to the admin to change the url since I just setup a reverse proxy but I keep getting invalid admin token. So I changed the token and clicked apply but I'm still getting invalid admin token. I did notice the container auto updated last night also. Not sure how to proceed.
  12. Ok, solved. I found my answer over in the unassigned devices support forum. I can't have pass through turned on with auto mount. I misunderstood the switches use.
  13. Ah, I think I understand now. I'm 2 weeks old in Unraid time. Thanks. So if I'm understanding correctly, using pass through is only if I want to access the unmounted drive from within a container, not if I want to run the container from that drive.
  14. I just found this while trying to figure out why my UD drives I'm using for 2 different dockers didn't auto mount after restarting the array. I'm confused. Before I setup my emby and plex dockers, I first formatted and mounted the 2 UD drives. Then I setup the dockers and pointed the /config to the /mnt/usr/disks/mount-name. Did I do this wrong? I ask because my emby and plex dockers wouldn't start unless I manually mounted these drives. I do have pass-through ticked on as well as auto-mount. Do I just leave pass through off?
  15. I figured it out. My nvme and ssd unassigned devices did not auto mount after stopping and starting the array. I also did a reboot in hopes of fixing the issue but those 2 unassigned devices still didn't auto mount. So I turned pass through off, mounted the drives and turned pass through back on. Now both emby and plex dockers are starting. I'll read through the link Squid posted, but do I have something set wrong for the unassigned devices not to auto mount? If need be I'll post that question over in the unassigned support forum.
  16. Hello, I've been running unraid in trial mode for the last 2 weeks. After getting things setup and running fine I decided to go ahead and purchase my pro license. I applied the license and then restarted the array as instructed. Then all of a sudden my emby docker wouldn't start. I noticed my plex docker started but the webGUI isn't working. My lidarr docker started and seems to be working. Then while trying to figure out why the others aren't working I got a notice from Fix Common Problems that my dockers are loading shares from unassigned devices and something about slave mode. I figured out slave mode means I had to set the read/write to rw/slave. That solved the error for all containers but the emby docker still won't start and even though the plex docker says it's started I still can't access the webGUI. My plex docker is using an unassigned ssd. The emby docker is using an unassigned nvme. Both are set as passthrough. I've attached the diags. I hope this is what is needed to help me figure out what happened. unnas-diagnostics-20200213-1207.zip
  17. Sorry. Yes, you can close the tab and leave the docker running. The transfer continued. I tested this by having the krusader docker opened at work and starting a file transfer. I then closed the browser tab while it was running. I then vpn'ed in to my home and opened the krusader docker and sure enough, the transfer was still going. I also left it opened at home while I opened it again at work and was able to watch the transfer continue on both computers.
  18. Sorry. I wasn't sure if this was a general docker or krusader question. However, I figured it out myself by testing.
  19. If I have the krusader webgui opened and coping files, would it cancel the transfer if I closed the session? Wondering if the transfer would still continue so long as the krusader docker was still running.
  20. No problem. You at least did confirm that wireguard and other vpn software doesn't seem to be the problem. Thank you.
  21. I'm having issues with transfer speeds through the tunnel. I'm not sure if my problem fits in the scope of this topic. My apologies if it doesn't. I've been using iperf to test the speeds through my tunnel and at best I'm only getting maybe 2 Mbits. Here is my setup and what I have done to troubleshoot. I'm just wondering if anyone has any other ideas. I have a 500/50 internet using an older motorola sb6141. I was using a tp-link archer c2 ac750 but replaced it last night with a netgear r6260 ac1600. The router has to switches connected. Switch 1 is an unmanaged cisco (don't recall the model). Switch 2 is a ubiquiti edgemax. Both are gigabit. All devices capable of gigabit are running at gigabit. This includes all devices used for testing with iperf. Also, all home network computers can get 250-300Mbps through my internet connection (limits of the sb6141) and also achieve near 1Gbps with iperf. I also checked iperf on 2 pc's connected to both switches (switch 1 through router hub to switch 2). I was actually hoping wireguard in my unraid server would have solved my slow tunnel speeds but it hasn't. Tunnels are only used to access my home lan only. I first had a rpi running pivpn. The rpi is in switch 2. I ran iperf server on both the rpi and another win7 pc in the same switch. Both resulted in slow speeds through the tunnel. I have a nginx reverse proxy setup on the rpi and if I use it for an iperf test I can achieve 40-50 Mbits. I thought maybe it was my rpi (rpi3b+) running openvpn and not having enough horsepower so I setup a test ubuntu server and ran pivpn on it. Still got the same slow tunnel speeds. So I tried a l2tp/ipsec vpn on both the rpi and ubuntu servers. Still same slow tunnel speeds. At a loss and planning a unraid server, I noticed wireguard support and built my server last weekend. Got wireguard setup ran an iperf test. Same slow speeds. I ran iperf tests through wireguard to iperf servers running on devices connected to both switches. All tested at about 2 Mbits. My unraid server shows a gig network connection and file transfers across my home network (traversing through both switches) are achieving 40-50Mbits or faster. The server can achieve 250-300Mbps internet speeds. As a last resort I replace my old tp-link router with a netgear r6260 last night. Ran some iperf tests this morning and still getting 2 Mbits. The only thing left I can think of is maybe my old sb6141. I have a arris sb6183 that I'm getting ready to install but I wanted to see if anyone had any other ideas or suggestions. Again, my apologies if this isn't the scope of this topic. Edit. Just to add, I just tried using the openvpn builtin to the netgear router and I still only get 2 Mbits.
  22. Hey JesterEE, thanks so much for the detailed response. My thoughts on my DVR recordings was to use the cache mainly for the speed. There are times we will watch a recording in progress so I thought things would work faster and lessen the load on the array by using the cache. I do keep these recordings for a little while but lately I've been deleting them for space. I would like to keep them longer so figured record to the cache and move to array for storage. I've been keeping tv series and movies on the qnap. These don't get deleted but I don't see any reason save to the cache drive first as these aren't usually watched right away. Also, I have looked in to plugins and have started watching spaceinvader one's videos. I haven't watched the one you posted or the one on cache drives yet but plan to. I did see the video about emulationstation and was like wow, I can move my retropie setup over and maybe crazy taxi on dreamcast will run. So I'm already starting to expand the use without it even being built yet. Thanks again. Hoping to start assembly this weekend.
