  1. So I am having an issue with assigning storage to some IP cameras. Evidently there is a defect in their firmware that only lets them see 200G ( some places say 250g) before they go stupid. When initially assigning them a share for storage space, they initialize fine ( and see all avail space in my Unraid box- over 1TB) but lose that initialization after a few minutes. Other forums show people have similar issues unless they limit the partitions to 200g ( 250g?) or less per camera. Is there a way to assign a max space for a share in unraid? I dont want to make a new box with some other flavor software on it, I like Unraid... Only thing I can think of is using 200g drives for each camera, but it seems like such a waste of capacity in the overall Unraid box. I have the plus license on V6 if it matters. Thanks!
  2. Is the webserver function of this add on only for unraids internal use? The whole webserver wizard built in is not for a website? Im confused...
  3. Stupid question, but I cant figure it out. I set this up and it works great. If I type in the address 192.168.1.150:89 I hit the unmenu great. If I use :85, I get the webserver, no problem. However, if I cant figure out how to port forward to hit the webserver on :85, I see the unraid menu from the outside world. Any suggestions? I am going through the 17 pages here again and the 63 pages on the bubbaraid, but its taking a while and Im not sure Im in the right spot to figure it out... Thanks!
  4. Thanks for the response! I did it for 10 mins. Somehow I missed the other post you referred to- very useful. I still may play with killing the ups after delay part. I want my security camera DVR to stay on the longest... Im sure I will get it its own UPS eventually. Its not that hard once you find where to look. I assume changing defaults on other things that load will be very similar. I just couldnt figure out where they were before they installed!
  5. Total newb here, but Im trying to learn by doing. I was able to get APCUPSD to work thanks to this post. Question I have is how to change the default settings? I dont want to wait until 5 mins of power is left before shutting down, I think I'd rather have it shut down after 5 or 10 minutes. I found the apcupsd.conf file, but it loads from some default every time the unRAID box reboots so all changes reset. Can someone point me to where I change the defaults? Thanks!
