    just to add a datapoint, I couldn't access the webui after installing fresh through CA I deleted and deleted the appdata, then reinstalled through CA, opened logs and saw it was doing a bunch of setup, waited till it was done, then was able to access webui. x% of times it must not do the setup correctly, so if you can't access the webui after a fresh install (don't change any setting, it should be bridge) delete the app and appdata folder and try again.
