hello I just have to buy another USB since the one I had was not booting up and has a burn smell however now it ask me for a key to start my unraid . any help

in the last 4 dayes im try to get support over this isuue i was doing a simple updated when it reboot say bad key and at this poing i cant fine anythings about how to fix it

good morning hi i have so many issues late i would like to do a fresh install the docker i only use is plex and late doesnt work i would like to do a fresh install I run the install OS but didnt do anything how i dont want to lose my data however i want to make a new set i purchased a premium license and dont want to buy another one how and where do i started

let me try to explain myself i want to install unraid from scratch since i have so many issues but i don't want to lose the media i have on my hard drive.
