I am having the same problems and the CLIENT_SKIP_TLS_VERIFICATION=true didn't help. following this thread.

I was able to get it working, but I wound up going back to my p2200. While using QSV video in Plex would take 10-20 seconds to load. Running docker on a bare metal Ubuntu server same hardware the QSV runs smoothly.

Can you share your template? I am trying to get QSV working with an 11500 and its not working.

I upgrading a disk (4TB to 10 TB) and when I started the array with the new disk I got a weird error from Firefox then when the page refreshed Unraid starting the rebuild, but the GUI is showing all the disks off-line and the array not started? All the docker containers are running, I can access the data on the shares, and the VMs are working. I have tried other browsers (chrome, FF, and edge) and cleared the cache of each browser. Should I just wait until the rebuild is complete the restart? Its currently at 60%. alpha-diagnostics-20221023-0654.zip
