  1. I noticed anything done on my remote worker (CPU not GPU), using the File Size Metric Panel, that the remote file gets added, but the increase in individual file size both show the new size, not orig and new. But if it completes on the servers worker, it looks fine. Is there a setting I have wrong somewhere? Also compression seems to be doing way more than expected (dont really care on quality for these movies). They are for my mom (Halmark Movies), is this size reduction normal? Thanks!
  2. Got email working on InvoiceNinja v5 The mail settings must be added to the docker, not the env file.
  3. Hi @Danuel Where you able to get yours to work. I am having the same issue.
  4. Thanks. I will double check all the docker containers again. I do not have 'boot' in the shares tab. When I go to command line, and go to /mnt/user/boot. it looks like it lists whats on the flash drive. I will had to recheck and look at both to verify as I just quickly glanced. Modified dates were recent. Really appreciate your help.
  5. Thanks, I see it. 653866390226207098 drwxrwxrwx 1 nobody users 4096 Dec 31 1969 boot/ looks like its looking at the boot flash drive. I looked at the flash settings, and it had flash as the smb share, which i disabled as I dont need it shared. is it safe to delete from /mnt/user? I assume that will delete it from the flash drive. I am assuming there is a link somewhere to it/
  6. Thanks I did check the docker paths to make sure, as well as the shares tab. dont see anything referring to boot. Ive had it for a long time. Not sure if it helps, but when I run 'smbclient -L localhost' it doesnt list it Is there a way to find where the share is located so I can disable it? 7. Hi Guys, Been meaning to post this for a while. I can't figure out where it's getting this share from? I dont recall even ever creating a share called root. Reserved user share boot You have a share named boot. Since 6.9.0, this is now a reserved name and cannot be used as a share. You will need to rename this share at the command prompt for the system to work properly. See HERE More Information diag logs attached thanks beast-diagnostics-20221118-1516.zip
  8. So, I think I got it all to work. I'll continue to test. Hope this helps someone some day Enable Host access to custom Network in docker settings use ipvlan for Docker custom network type in docker settings
  9. well that didnt fully work. I cant talk directly to my mysql docker for one, which is on the unraid ip. time to play more with it
  10. Thanks. Same here, I just pass everything thru. I'll update above response once I try and verify it more
  11. I have a test instance running at work, it was only used for Docker, but don't really use it for that anymore. Anyways, I think I may have found the issue. I needed to change the 'Docker Custom Network Type' from 'macvlan' to 'ipvlan' I will test after my parity rebuilds on production server. (I was non 6.9 at lab, upgradede tp 6.11rc3, so need to verify on 6.10.3
  12. Thanks, ill try that after parity drives rebuild. I think I tried that and didnt work. Do you run any dockers with their own IP? Do you have anything special setup on the esxi host? Right now I just have a single nic attached to it, which is also used by other esx vms. I had it set to 10gb adapter, but changed it to 1gbe to see if that changes anything, and it didnt.
  13. Thanks, I wrote it right before bed, and didn't see the virtualizing unraid category
  14. Hey guys, hoping I can get some help. I had to virtualize my unraid server due to rising eclectic costs. I got it running on esxi 7.03 for the most part. I did have one kernal panic so far. I got everything up, but not able to get dockers to bridge right using br0 (so i can set my own IP for the docker container). . I reset the network config and redid it. I pulled a offsite backup of the docker backup (as I accidently delete all of it when i was messing with everything), and tried to restore that and reinstall all the docker containers to no avail. I am able to access ones that are on the same ip as unraid, just not the one using br0.. Power costs is is about 45 cents a kwh if I remember right, and is going up 7-10% this coming month due to a coal plant shutting down. I know its not really recommended or supported, but hoping i can get this to work. Thanks for any help or suggestions. I am also attaching my diag log beast-diagnostics-20220822-1954.zip
  15. Hi All, I am using almost a steady 1kwh, and I need to reduce as its costing about $350 a month. I was thinking more moving Unraid to ESX, and passing the HBA cards thru to VM, but worried about speed. Do you think it would be impacted much? Unraid server has 1 Netapp DS4246 (and possibly one more added once multi-array is added as its full), and 1 DS2246 So I was thinking of 2 options. 1 - Move UNRAID to ESX VM 2 - Move ESX VMs to Unraid. Unraid Server Specs - dl380 g9 2x E5-2620v4 256GB ESX1 dl380 g8 (2 more not usually ever on) E5-2680v2 288GB
