    It ended up being my go file from when i was messing around with tailscale for automated backups and plex failover.
  2. danimal86's post in Mover leaving files on cache was marked as the answer   
    well i YOLO'd it and just went ahead and assigned the new nvme cache drives as the cache pool and everything is moving back now.
