The bracket tabs for your controller are designed to be mounted to the front of the card with the screws on the back. My bracket is opposite. You will need approximately 5/16" (8mm) total clearance across the backside hole for this bracket tab to work without touching any of the circuit runs or pads. Adaptec low profile controllers are the same front tab design as yours and the brackets work OK, but I have never used a Supermicro card and will not guaranty or be responsible for damages should you decide to use my brackets.
