  1. Running a parity check found 0 errors and didn't fix the problem, but I've fixed the issue. For whatever reason despite all of my drives being healthy, I ran a scrub on my SSD cache drive and it fixed some errors. Even though the errors seemed fixed, I noticed I had some files lingering on the cache drive that were unreadable and not able to move to my array. I'm not sure if all this is due to me having a new SSD cache drive with BTFRS. I think my old SSD cache drive was XFS. Clicking 'Disk Log Info' on the cache drive showed some bad boot/mount info. So to fix the entire issue I stopped the arrays, erased my cache drive. Changed the file system back to XFS and reformated the drive. The 2023backup folder is now showing all files and I'm able to create new files and delete whatever I want like normal. This must be some freak bug with Unraid 6.12.6 because this never happened on 6.9.2
  2. For the past 2 years Unraid has been working good for me until today. I have a share called 'Backup' /mnt/user/BACKUP with multiple folders within it, but one folder in particular called '2023backup' is showing 0 files. When I click on the browse icon in the shares tab and view /mnt/user/BACKUP, there is no files to be found in the /mnt/user/BACKUP/2023backup directory however, when I click the browse disk icons on the main page, I can see the files are still present in my backup drives /mnt/disk1/BACKUP/2023backup, /mnt/disk2/BACKUP/2023backup, and /mnt/disk3/BACKUP/2023backup. If I try to create files in the 2023backup folder, they disappear as well. I have tried to fix the issue by running 'NewPerms' (New Permissions) for all disks and shares and that doesn't work. All my backup drives are XFS except my SSD cache drive, which is btfrs. I've run the 'check file system' in maintenance mode for all my backup drives with the parameter '-v' and that doesn't fix the problem either. All drives are healthy with no errors and I haven't encountered any unsafe shutdowns. One more thing to note is that some folders in 2023 backup were marked as hidden, but I have show all hidden files checked in windows and it still says the folder is empty. Right now I'm running a parity check to see what happens and will report back. Thanks for the help all!
