Thanks to Unraid Support (SpencerJ) for helping me get my login sorted. Ended up needing to reset my password. Pretty sure I wouldn't have been able to accomplish this (in 2FA context) without his intervention.

I can't seem to login via sso.unraid.com / account.unraid.com / whatever. But I'm logged into the forum just fine. I don't get any prompts to enter a 2FA code when I try logging in; I suspect this is why my login attempts are being rejected. My server has the updated Connect plugin and says it's connected to the mothership just fine. Suggestions? Online service fix incoming?

Thank you! This is the fix, if you've recently tried to install GrafanaLoki for the first time. Now I just need to open a PR and get that busted "sample config" fixed.
