Hello everybody. I found the solution. The VPN provider gives out different credentials escpecially for every ovpn config you create. And hides them! Very bad user interface. Oh my. Problem solved. Thank you!

Unfortunately doesn't help. Had no special characters anyway. Password change didn't help. Got unlimited devices. Could deluge look for the webui authentication for some reason?
