    I'm having the exact same issue, i tried copying the provided app key and i tried generating it myself. i still get this issue. i used mysql and all provided commands ran perfectly. edit: Not sure why but i assume i had to delete the appdata folder when changing the appkey, the pre-flight page now popped up.
