I have this issue with 6.12.4, and a little research has shown it's an acknowledged issue with the "parity check tuning" plugin and it's being worked on right now.

Like an earlier poster, I found today that I can't access the delugevpn webUI - it just times out. Nothing has been changed at this end at all, so it's a mystery. Docker seems to start and stop fine, according to the logs, but no other apps are able to access deluge. UPDATE: following a tip from @Tomahawk51 below, I checked VPN settings and also local IP address, reset them all - and deluge is working again. So that's all good then! Problem solved.

I have exactly the same issue. The Root Share set up just fine, then there were a couple of updates on Unassigned Devices and since then the root share buttons have been greyed out. I haven't touched Global Share settings ever, so the question really is whether the updates broke it!
