Solutions

  1. Erich's post in Cannot access Unraid shares from Windows 10 was marked as the answer   
    I found the solution in another thread:
    "Go to Credential Manager in Windows Control panel and delete any credentials to your Unraid server." After I did this, I was able to access my shares.
  2. Erich's post in Some shared folders not showing in Windows 10 was marked as the answer   
    I think I discovered the problem and solution. I was using Robocopy on Windows 10 to copy my files over to the unRAID server. However Robocopy is known to cause the destination folder to become hidden as a result of it changing the folders attributes.
