Morning So started having issues the BlueIris a few days ago which is the only thing running on the Windows 11 VM. Then noticed that the 256gb cache drive was full. Did some digging and made some space. Restarted and all was good for a few minutes and then it fell over again. Didnt have time to look any further until this morning. Started looking at what had suddenly increased the cache drive and rebooted the server and this is when the issues started as Docker wont start now. I have added an additional 1tb SSD to I now have a cache pool - the original plan was to switch them but may as well just leave them both in there. I have noted there is an 80gb movie file on the original cache disk - not quite sure how that got there but I cant delete from windows as its showing as read only and now that docker wont start I cant use Krusader. I have followed SpaceInvaderOne's tutorial on rebuilding the docker file but I got as far as deleting the docker image and then enabling Docker again, but the Docker service wont start... I'm having a very similar (possibly identical) problem. I'm scratching my head with it and have retraced my steps and tried setting it all up again based on Ibracorps video, but no joy. Did you ever resolve this?

Thanks for that - now I have it so Plex is starting but when I add the library in plex it doesn't find any files. Not sure why I'm being so thick with this

I am just trying to do this and when I set the RW as slave, as soon as I hit apply and plex docker restarts it refuses to run saying server error. Any ideas?

So I currently have 6 x 10tb drives and 2 x 8tb drives in my server Over the past 2 months I have also picked up & tested a new 14tb and a new 12tb drive I dont have any more space in my case for the new drives so its a case of replacing the 2 x 8tb drives and the best and possibly quickest way of doing this without any unnecessary downtime. Is the best way to do this:- 1) Parity check 2) Replace current 10tb parity with 14tb drive and run parity 3) Reintroduce previous 10tb parity drive and swap for first 8tb and do data rebuild 4) Parity check 5) Swap out second 8tb drive for the 12tb drive and do data rebuild 6) Parity check TIA for any replies

I have several unraid servers all running fine One of them, I chose not to have a parity drive as the data isnt that important, but there is a lot of it... Anyway, the array is currently made up of a 5tb drive, a 4 tb drive, a 2tb drive and a 250gb drive. Its a N54l microserver ad the 250gb drive was the drive that comes with the server from HP and for whatever reason I never removed it. Its part of the array, however is not included on any of the shares and is therefore empty of my data. Is there anyway to remove this drive and replace it with a new 4tb drive I have just had delivered, or will it knacker the whole array. If it will knacker the array, then I can add it on the 5th sata port but Il need to swap the ODD out of the server and swap it for a caddy, but Id rather not do that now if I can help it... Thanks in advance for any replies

I'm having exactly the same issue - anyone make any progress with this? I have installed the latest snap and ntfs-3g x64 plugins... Note- I can get my 2tb WD passport working fine but my 5tb Toshiba Canvio is having issues with snap

I've just added a 6th drive using the Feser Silent Arrow - However I cant seem to get the cover back on the microserver (N54L) as it all seems rather tight up top - Are any mods required to the case? I have already trimmed off the middle fins of the feser so its sits flush at the bottom... As the cover is only on loosely and hasnt clicked into place (about 1.5cm short) the temps on all drives has risen which I would obviously like to avoid so any help or feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks megalodon - Have tried that and it successfully copied a 6.85gb mkv but refuses to copy the 27gb mkv I have set minimum allocated space to 40000000 as suggested. I have set the split level as 1 as I just have movies folder and that's it. Any other ideas?

Currently filling up my second unraid server (HP n54l) So far I have 4 x 3tb drives and it is showing as 152gb free of 8.18tb available - however when trying to copy a 27gb movie over - it fails every single time without fail It was fine transferring the other 7tb over Any ideas as to why? I have tried high water, most-free & fill up, I dont have split levels and I have 0 as min allocated space - I have tried this at 1gb and 10gb and nothing is making the slightest but of difference. Ive rebooted the PC and the server and tried teracopy. Same result. Very frustrating and any help or pointers will be gratefully received. I should add my first unraid server always tends to do this as well but thats when there is only 40gb free not over 150gb!

Its a user share - the only one I set up - and yes its filled one the one drive but not touched the other 2 i have allocated I think I now understand the split level - and it would appear I need 3 not 1! Have updated and will test later! Thank you both for your quick replies -

Hi Apologies unraid newbie alert Have just set up first HP N40L microserver and so far have 4 2tb WD EARX drives installed - all precleared 3 times fine no problems Bought the pro licence on Sat PM - again fine set up no problem Started copying over my files yesterday and hit a problem in that drive 1 is full, but I dont seem to be able to get unraid to move any data on to drives 2 3 and 4 I only have 1 share (media) split level 1, left min space blank, and have also tried it as 50gb (to cover bluray rips) still no good Any help greatly appreciated
