  1. 100% CPU usage on most cores

    Hello, I've been having problems with most/all cores being pegged at 100% CPU usage. At first I suspected it to be plex so I checked the advanced docker view and Plex was <10% of CPU usage. I stopped my array and the high CPU usage persisted. Here is a screenshot of running htop and I have attached my diagnostic settings.
