Slow Transfer Speeds & Video Buffering
That screenshot shows me moving a TV show to my PC from the array so that I can watch the file locally, avoiding lag. New log attached. I may have figured out what the issue is, as I just tried moving a file from the array to my PC, and it was at a steady 110 Mbps. I use Blue Iris security camera software, and it stores videos on my Unraid server in real-time. I moved the storage to my PC's local storage, and now Blue Iris is working significantly better, and Unraid seems to be working better as well. I didn't think using the Unraid server would be an issue, though, since my cache drive is an SSD, and I would think the write speed would be more than enough. Do you know if the cache write speed is limited or if there is a setting I might have missed? Thanks tower-diagnostics-20251112-1256.zip

Slow Transfer Speeds & Video Buffering
I've been using Unraid for five years now, and I've always experienced slower transfer speeds and video buffering, but it seems more common lately, and I'm trying to find a solution. I've read that not maintaining 15% +/- free space on HDDs can cause bandwidth issues, and I usually keep mine pretty full, with only 100GB +/- free. Any time I transfer files to or from my Unraid server to my PC, I get the sawtooth pattern, which reaches speeds of up to 80 Mbps or less and then drops back down to 0 Mbps, repeating over and over. I've had this issue with multiple PCs and networking equipment, so if it's a hardware issue, it would likely be limited to the Unraid server hardware. I've attached my diagnostics. Are my drives too full, causing this issue, or is it something else? tower-diagnostics-20251112-0923.zip

After installing Mover Tuning plugin, I get "Docker Service Not Enabled..."
I changed my TV share to top 3 level split and clicked Move, but nothing seemed to have happened. I've got 3 drives with 5tb free space and several other drives with 1-2tb free space, so I would think the mover would have plenty of room to move things around. Did you notice anything else in the logs regarding the Mover?

After installing Mover Tuning plugin, I get "Docker Service Not Enabled..."
For Movies I have "Automatically split only the top level directory as required" For TV I have "Automatically split only the top 2 directory levels as required" I didn't think that was too restrictive. Do you think changing TV to the top 3 directories would be better? Movies are usually just one movie file and one subtitle file, so I figured it would make sense to have a top level split on that one.

After installing Mover Tuning plugin, I get "Docker Service Not Enabled..."
I've got unraid installed on a dedicated server for many years now, and Enable Docker is set to No. I assume this is correct because I don't think I'm using Docker. I've been having issues when clicking Move for my Cache to Array transfer and after installing the Mover Tuning v2025.02.12.1707 plugin, I get "Docker Service Not Enabled - Only Plugins Available To Be Installed Or Managed" at the top of the Apps page. Any idea what the issue might be?

Since 6.11.1 - CONSTANT Loggin - Tower nginx: limiting requests, excess: 20.122 by zone "authlimit" logging
Did this error ever pop back up? I have the exact same problem for several years now, and restarting fixes it, but only for a while.

nginx 503 error - rebooting a few times fixes it temporarily.
oh wow I had no idea I was on such an old version, I guess I just assumed unraid updated itself automatically. Thanks for pointing that out.

nginx 503 error - rebooting a few times fixes it temporarily.
In the past, I was able to find some "limiting requests, excess: 20.215 by zone "authlimit"" errors in the log files, but I didn't find those this time. I've made posts about the issue in the past as well. Any suggestions on how I would go about finding these network problems? I don't have issues with any other network connected devices, so there most be something more specific that is causing this.

nginx 503 error - rebooting a few times fixes it temporarily.
The issue is my mapped network drives will occasionally go offline for no apparent reason. I login to my unraid server and I'm met with a white screen "503 error" message. After rebooting the unraid server, usually twice, the error no longer appears after logging in and I'm able to start up the drives and reconnect my mapped drives. The most recent time that this issue occured I was not able to resolve it by rebooting the unraid server a couple of times. That's when I generated the diagnostic file and made this post. I was eventually able to get the server online and stable, but I don't know how...it just eventually started working again after restarting everything. It's been working fine ever since, but this has been an ongoing issue for years and I would like to find a solution.

The error was still popping up after I rebooted and generated the zip file though.

nginx 503 error - rebooting a few times fixes it temporarily.
It's been working without any errors for the past two weeks, but this problem pops up every few months and I can usually resolve it by restarting the unraid server a few times. I'd like to figure out what's causing this so that I don't have to restart the server.

is there a better means of contacting support?

I'm having an issue that pops up everyday since I reformatted my PC. My mapped drives stop working and when I try to login to unraid it throws a nginx 503 error. I've attached the log files, generated after rebooting unraid. tower-diagnostics-20230809-1754.zip
