  1. Can you see if there are any drive errors that aren't showing in the GUI? I've tried looking through the logs but didn't see anything. I cancelled the parity check that was correcting errors and started a new one with only detection and there's a lot less sync errors showing up compared to yesterday. 3. I just saw that the sync errors corrected number is going up fast Sync errors corrected: 119237 whitethor-diagnostics-20260225-2058.zip
  4. MB/sec And it's my parity check speed
  5. Can anyone see why my speed is stuck around 100 mb/s? No disks are giving errors. whitethor-diagnostics-20260225-1950.zip
  6. What does it mean if there's no errors the 2nd time without rebooting?
  7. Is it safe to run a correcting check while Preclear is running on a new disk?
  8. Is it simple to find the cause of parity check sync errors? All my drives are being reported as healthy and there's no I/O errors. My uptime is less than a day because I installed a disk to Preclear, which was running when the Parity Check started, The shutdown was clean. zeus-diagnostics-20250701-1045.zip
  9. Thank you!
  10. I'll try that. Where in the logs did "May 7 01:00:33 Tower kernel: XFS (md9p1): Unmount and run xfs_repair" show up? I want to learn how to read logs
  11. Many of my shares keep disappearing. They come back after rebooting the server. I've tried turning off my docker containers. I've tried updating to 7.1.0. It's happening multiple times a day. tower-diagnostics-20250507-0833.zip
  12. It doesn't show up automatically, but the server and all the drives show up if I use the local IP address. I tried flushing DNS, but not showing up automatically.
  13. My server is acting weird. First, my cache pool was randomly removed after a reboot, even though the Pool was showing up just fine. Thankfully, I was able to re-add the cache pool and no data was lost. But now, SMB or exporting shares isn't working. I've tried rebooting. The server isn't even showing up as a computer in the Network section of File Explorer. I can access the server through the Web GUI and everything else seems to be working. tower-diagnostics-20250423-2218.zip
  14. I installed a new Mobo/CPU, and now I'm getting the VM Autostart error and Terminal crashes a couple seconds after launching it. Thank you zeus-diagnostics-20250305-1806.zip
  15. Can someone tell me if my first parity drive is failing? Or if it's a cable issue? Thank you blackthor-diagnostics-20240814-1515.zip
  16. I just thought that was an error with the listing because the connector is still a SAS one and the data part still goes back to the card
  17. I'm just wondering if using an LSI 9211-8i with the below cable is the correct configuration to use SAS drives with their full speeds. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B013G4FEGG/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=A21TE5CLHZDYA7&th=1
  18. I'm guessing if there's not really a way to get it working for ZFS in Unraid, there's not really a way to get it working in the regular Unraid Array?
  19. Can someone help me with trying to find out why my speeds are so slow? Been around 50MB/s for transfers and 10MB/s for the parity check. I tried checking the logs myself, but couldn't find any drive errors. I want to learn how to read the logs. loki-diagnostics-20230919-0708.zip
  20. The ZFS screenshot says that sdl1 has 122 read errors, but the SMART results say that there's no read errors. thor-smart-20230831-1528.zip
  21. I just had a drive less than 6 months old start reporting as Error on the Dashboard. I tried looking through the SMART data and I think there's 1 reallocated sector. Does Unraid report a drive as unhealthy if there's at least 1 reallocated sector? Also, should I try and warranty this drive if it's already having reallocated sectors at less than 6 months old? smart-20230720-2326.zip
  22. Does anyone know if this card works in Unraid? OWC 10G Ethernet PCIe Network Card https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1709735-REG/owc_owcpcie10gb_10g_ethernet_pcie_network.html
  23. Nevermind. I found out the computer is the issue. Sorry, I tried another computer and got full transfer speeds.
  24. Tried swapping cables, but the speed is still slow. Could disc 6 be bad? dadabase-diagnostics-20230530-1753.zip
