  1. I am new to Unraid and still in the trial period. Problem statement: Attempt to start XFS encrypted Unraid 6.8.3. array after PC restart fails with "Wrong key" message. Target statement: successful data decryption. My server restarted after unexpected power loss and now I am not able to start the array back using Unraid 6.8.3. I tried suggestions from here before posting: https://forums.unraid.net/bug-reports/stable-releases/wrong-key-error-on-starting-array-after-upgrading-to-68-r799/ Major steps setting array: 1. Created Unraid 6.8.3. USB and new xfs-encrypted array using alphanumeric passphrase (I used MacOS Keychain Access password generator. Mode: Letters & Numbers, 31 characters long. No non-alphanumeric characters). 2. copied passphrase to TextEdit and saved. 3. started and stopped array to ensure passphrase is correct by copy/paste it from the TextEdit 4. started transferring data 5. created diagnostic file 6. Tried to mount HFS+ encrypted disks to copy from them. Used spaceinvader's one video on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ps1t9E8MkFI&t=10s to create a keyfile with HFS+ passphrase, by using -n "passphrase for HFS+ encryption" > keyfile however did not mount disks successfully. 7. Had power-off event (drives were on standby). 8. Restarted after power-off event and getting "Wrong passphrase" error every time trying to start the arrays. Troubleshooting to date: 9. Tried to play with passphrase: 9.1. Verified that the passphrase was not changed (checked text file backups). 9.2. By sequentially removing last characters (e.g. "passphrase", then "passphras", then "passphra", etc.) from 31 down to 12 characters long. 9.3. Adding new line and space characters in front, at the end and from both sides of the passphrase (e.g. " passphrase", " passphrase ", "passphrase ", etc.) 9.4. Tried to have 2 passprases combined (e.g. "passphrasepassphrase"). 9.5. Tried to add keyfile by: using -n "passphrase" > keyfile. 9.6. double-checked if -n "passphrase for HFS+ encryption" > keyfile would work as well. cryptsetup luksopen /dev/sdb sdb 10. created another diagnostic file 11. Set one drive as unmounted and tried to mount it off the array 11.1. Tried to manually mount with Unassigned Devices 11.2. Tried to mount using keyfiles (similar to steps 9.5 and 9.6). I am 99% sure the passphrase was correct. I am attaching two diagnostics reports. One created arbitrary before shut down, another after. I would appreciate any help in attempt to decrypt the drive and/or start the array back. Diagnositcs Files.zip
