    Wow, that fixed it - thanks so much! It's weird that the default is 1000ms - I didn't change that field. One last thing - although it shows up in the Dashboard now, I notice that there are no statistics - as though it's not updating. Does it only show activity when it's transcoding?

    GPU Stat lets me select my Intel 730 i915 CPU from my I5 12000, but the choice doesn't stick. When I go to the Dashboard, it says that I haven't selected my GPU. Any ideas what can cause this?
