  1. Hi all, qbittorrent suddenly will not start and gives out execution error: server error whenever I try to start the docker. This happened after updating from 6.12.8 to 6.12.10 today. I've tried rebooting, updating the docker but to no avail. I've never changed the settings after installing the docker. I've attached my diagnostic report after rebooting the server. park-diagnostics-20240410-1527.zip
  2. Thanks. I poked around on the BIOS but the only relevant setting I see is the global c-state. Which I've set it to disable. That should be the same one or similar as power supply idle setting? As well, does changing ACPI suspend to RAM to disable do much difference? It was on auto by default. My motherboard is Asrock B450 Pro.
  3. Thank you. My CPU is Ryzen 1300 with dual rank RAM stick. So following the table, I should limit the speed to 2400MT/s at most? I believe it's currently at regulat speed of 2666MT/s. Also, do the RAM sticks being ECC matter or not?
  4. Hi all, I've been running my server for the past few days and it's been going alright so far. However, I've been having couple of issues that I can't seem to wrap my head around. First is the Machine Check Event. I followed the steps to get the syslog, which I've attached, so if someone with more trained eyes can look at it, that would help me a lot. Second is the issue with the array keeps dismounting. Whenever I log off the webgui, the array gets dismounted and I'd have to start and stop parity checks in order for the drives to be mounted (and when I do that, it'll say parity is valid) Under the array operation it shows Stopped. Unclean shutdown detected. As far as I understand, I've never force shut it down. I've done parity checks at least 3 times now and it keeps unmounting. Third is that I can't seem to get the Wireguard working on the client side. I followed the SpaceInvaderOne's video and have everything set up on the server side no problem, but after downloading the wireguard app, scanning the QR code created from the peer page, the phone cannot connect at all. Whenever I try to connect, I get 'error bringing tunnel: VPN service not authorized by user' message. I haven't tweaked any settings at all and I've followed the video exactly and yet, I keep having that problem. Last is Nextcloud issue. Again, I've followed SpaceInvaderOne's video and at webui, creating the admin account and setting the database up, after clicking install button, I get internal server error. I just can't understand what the problem could be. If anyone has any pointers or tips, I would appreciate it. Thanks! Edit: Figured out second and third problem. Wireguard problem was the dumbest, as I had another VPN service profile up which blocked Wireguard. Once I deleted that profile and was able to turn on Wireguard. park-diagnostics-20220827-2037.zip
  5. Hi all, completely new to Unraid and the wireguard. I've followed the steps on the first page and when I try to connect it through my phone (not on wifi), I get an error message saying 'Error brining up tunnel: VPN service not authorised by the user' I'm trying to figure out what's wrong and how to enable the service on the Unraid with no luck at all.
  6. Hi all, I am new to the NAS scene and I've chosen to go with Unraid for ease of adding drives. With the NAS, I plan on storing all my media (videos, movies, photos) and to be able to stream to a 4K TV and couple of tablets at 1080p, not all at the same time. My build consists as follows: AMD Ryzen 3 3100 Asrock B450 Pro4 16GB ECC ram GTX 760 3 x 8TB HDDs (1 parity, 2 data) Corsair RMx 550W I'm trying to find out if its possible to stream 4K to the TV with the set up with Jellyfin. I've looked at the Nvidia's Video encode and decode GPU support list and don't see 760 there. Is my set up just not possible to do what I want it to do? If you have any suggestions, be it complete rebuild of the set up for similar price or few adjustments here and there, I'd appreciate it.
  7. Hmm then should I just do a single parity drive with two data drives? I assume I can add more drives so that I can have two parity drives and or more data drives later on?
  8. Hi all, As the title says I'm completely new to NAS. I've gotten my components for a self build; Ryzen 3 3100 Asrock B450 Pro4 16GB ECC ram 550W PSU GTX760 3 x 8TB (WD Mybook shucked) Two questions 1. If I wanted to 2 parity drives can I only have a single drive as the data drive? 2. For streaming to a 4K TV, would GTX760 work? I haven't decided which docker to use (Plex or Jellyfin) I was also considering buying Nvidia Shield Pro which a lot of people say that it's the way to go for 4K streaming. As I said I am very new to NAS and Unraid so any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
