I have a few folders in the screenshot that I cannot delete. I assume these folders were made when they were supposed to be processing the video files and the program was interrupted and could not complete? Is there a way to get rid of these folders since they are not being utilized? Thank you.

It started about a week ago. There have been no changes to the server or the network, but I was trying to transfer a file to the server through my laptop (as I usually do) and this time around, I could not see my server on the network. I have tried rebooting the server and checking the ethernet cables and everything seems to be fine. The server is up and running because Plex can be accessed, so I do not know of any other troubleshooting I can do. Any advice? badwolf-diagnostics-20220103-0907.zip
