Can someone please help me. I installed this version of plex. I filled out the config standard with just a media location and claim code. I started a putty session with a tunnel and went to http://localhost:8888/web I get prompted with the sign in prompt. After signing in, I get "Not Authorized" My logs are below. I made a video to illustrate what is going on with a basic new plex install for me: Plex Issues - Media Shares Disappear After Refresh - YouTube I install plex on unraid with basic settings. I set my media folder and transcode folder and name the server and that is it. I start the docker and using putty, Im accessing the localhost of my plex server. I did not insert a plex claim key. This is where the video starts. Everything works as intended at first. Ive added media to my movies folder in another test and it shows up and I can even start playback. Everything works fine.. until I refresh the page. At that point, all my shares disappear, the share I was on says not authorized, and its advising me to download plex media server ignoring that Im literally on Plex media server. Before I hit Refresh on the page, other devices can see the shares as well. Ive tried the other repos with similar results as well. My other devices can see the shares before I hit refresh but the disappear as well after. Ive also tried using the plex claim key in the initial setup. When I have the key in, im asked to sign in like normal except afterwards, I got the not authorized page instead of the normal server setup prompts. Each time I retry, I uninstall the docker and delete the app data folder so make sure its a fresh restart. If anyone has any advice, I would really appreciate it. Ive been going through this for a week and its driving me insane.

Is there anything you suggest to try? I'm getting the same speed no matter if I use my cache, 1 gbe nic or 2.5 one. I've swapped my cables out 2 or three times. Everything is connected to the same switch. Other devices on the same switch can talk at much higher speeds. I've tried raising the mtu and that hurt performance down to 12 MB I'm really unsure what else I can try

So iperf keeps telling me that the address is in use no matter what I change the settings to. I was able to run it in client mode on the server and server mode on my laptop. Im getting 30MB transfers using iperf.

Hi there, I'm trying to troubleshoot the speed to which I can copy to and copy from my hard drives. I'm was getting only about 10MB/s on a new install. I have 5 WD reds (CMR) at 5400rpm (2 parity). I have a 2.5 gbe nic and switch. I'm copying from a device that doesn't have 2.5 gbe however I can do link aggregation. Copying files to my laptop, I'm hitting near 30MB/s over wifi. This old NAS also has the same drives as what is in unraid. I found an article that suggested turning on turbo writes and that has helped, I'm pushing 17MB/s now but I think there is performance being left on the table. It doesnt matter if I write to my M.2 either, I get the same speed. I feel as if there is a network configuration issues but Im not sure where that could be. Any other suggestions that might help with my transfers? I was moving to this new server and I don't want it to take a week to copy my data over lol Id also Like to add that my parity checks run at 140MB/s so I dont think there is an issue with unraid and the disks. I can switch to the built in 1Gbe nic and get the same speeds as my 2.5gbit nic. Really seems like an unraid setting or configuration issues I am missing...

Curious if you found an answer or solution to this problem. We just bought a scanner for some testing and Im running into this same issue

Exactly as the title says. I was able to install my unRAID key and update my system with no issues. I added my ten gig card and gave it the identical information that the old 1g was running on and disabled the 1g. I changed my 10g to the priority device and rebooted. I can access my server and files no problem but I get errors trying to enter the store saying I have no internet access. Our network monitoring tools confirm that there has been no outgoing traffic from unRAID since I made the swap. What can I check or change?
