/boot is there but empty. Meanwhile i changed flashdrive so the services are back into business. the thumbdrive was already 2 years old, so i put another one into the box. thx so far.

i am confused, if i boot the device and get my unraid linux prompt where is this linux coming from, isn't it booting from this stick?

Hi Jorge, ssh into the server seems not to be configured, so i ran the diagnostics on console. It says at the end /boot/logs/tower-diagistics-yxz.zip created but the are no files an there is no /boot/log directory only an empty /boot BR Tom

Hi, i have a LincstationN1 with official Basic license. After a reboot there is no unraid web gui anymore not via ethernet not with hdmi conncetion. Normal boot in console and graphical mode shows prompt and the used ip. If i check within terminal the syslog it shows a couple of "LincstationN1 kernel: FAT-fs (SDA1) Directory bread (block yxz) failed. Is SDA1 the internal flash drive? how can i test this? Hi, i have a small office ups for 2 unraid servers. The ups has one usb connection to one of them. This ups is detected by this server via the hut software. So my question is can the second server somehow controlled via the first server in any case of power outage even whitout having the usb connection? Thx for answers.

Hi, i finally restartet the server and my Dockers and VM's are back. It might be an issue because my 500G Chache ssd's are full. After restart it was not read only anymore and i could delete some files. I dont know up till now what is the problem. It might be a problem mit "duplicati" as docker container. Duplicati stores in appdate a lot of 1.54Gb files and i dont know why but because of Cache=prefer for appdata the cache runs out of memory.

Hi, i have several (a lot of) files with 1.5GB they are on my cache drive and they taking more than 300G of my 500G cache. Has someone any idea whats going wrong here ? Thanks.

Hi , if i try to delete a file on the cache drive manually it says filesystem is readonly. I tried to download the diagnostic report but the creation doesnt stop.

My appdate folder was on cache prefered so i stopped docker and set it to cache yes Then i started the mover to get the cache drive more free space. Mover runs but the cachedrive in not getting empty Any hope to get docker back? Thx for any help

Hi, i hope this is the right way to ask for help. Up til now my unraid server was an no brainer. I have a external usb 2TB hdd to be used as local backup for some of my shares. I run now 6.11.2 but i gues the problem started below 6.11. I have both unassigned devices latest versions installed and destructive mode is enabled. I see the drive but in cannot mount or unmount it (no option available) it says "passed" and there is the small minus under the drie but its gray.
