I've seen that a bond was active but the second lan port is never connected. I set the bond to offline and only to use the first one with a fixed ip (before via DHCP) - so lets see, if Unraid will work for longer (Could that be the problem?)

Hey, my unraid isnt reachable via the web browser after a few days runtime. I only can shutdown my QNAP TS-451+ manually but that's not that good for the harddisks.
