Then, I can reinstall transmission so I am sure my proxy's working, but I cannot reinstall syncthing, cannot install luckyBackup and rsync-server. I don't know what wrong.

Sure, my os is on 6.12. I know the newest version is 6.12.14. Do you mean that if i don't update os, then i cannot make CA up to date?
