I use Unraid as a plex/file server and recently set up a 2nd cache array (2x 1TB ssd drives) so I can keep the newest content there without repeatedly spinning up any drives. I move older content manually with Krusader after it's been there for a month or two. Right now I have it set to move monthly, I just have to keep moving the days around to avoid it running.

Plex has been doing this to my server also. Did the new version of plex accept the old appdata or did you do a fresh install? I wouldn't want to manually edit my watch history and customizations...
