  1. Actually I think I have figured it now. For anyone wanting to do the same (with caution): (1) Change all Shares to include correct hard disk (important especially for appdata) (2) Download Krusader-binhex from App Community Plugin (3) Mount /mnt/ in the media path to give access to the individual disks (4) Disable all other apps and VMs (5) Load Krusader in Docker, and go into media folder. The check under new disk (disk 4 for me) and check the Krusader app is now in the new disk. HOLD POINT (6) Now move the files across to the correct hard drive. (7) Confirm disks are done as you setup in Shares (e.g. folders are on correct disks, which were set in the Shares section - disks to include) (8) Finish up with crusader, then go to Shares in Unraid. CHECK (9) Hit compute all and there should be errors as the folders are on the correct disks, a warning will show if its on a different disk to what has been set in Include Disks within the Share. These are specific instructions to me, but may help somebody else - understanding the principles of shares and moving data. 🙂
  2. Hi I have an array with 4 xfs disks. Disk 3 and 4 I want to keep. Disk 2 i intend to make into a cache. Disk 1 i want to remove from the system by unassigning. Over disk 1 and 2 (spread across both) are all my shares: download, isos, TV Shows, Movies, appdata, etc. Disk 3 and 4 are bigger drives and blank. Ideally I would like to transfer download, isos, appdata etc to disk 4. I would like to transfer Movies and TV Shows to disk 3. Is there a way to do this? And would it be possible to have some step by step instructions. I've seen something similar called Move Now but thats for moving stuff to cache. Cheers Chris
